Who am I?

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me. I'm a User Experience Designer who loves creating designs that help people embrace the simplicity of technology. My diverse background with Belgian, American and Japanese citizenship equips me with a unique perspective that helps put myself in other users' shoes.

Through my previous experience as a Transaction Analyst, I've thrown on my detective hat and rolled up my sleeves to get to the root of problems. This experience paired with my curiosity makes conducting user research feel like second nature to me.

With my education in Business Management I look to balance user needs with company goals at every stage of the design process. This foundation enables me to constantly tackle challenges with a strategic mindset.

From a young age, I've always been drawn to the practise of creating and innovating regardless. I found satisfaction in the open minded space of exploring - from writing stories and poems, to photography, to ballet and contemporary dance.

I'm always looking to grow and learn something new. When I'm not behind my computer, I'm either reading, doing yoga, cooking up new dishes, writing, or simply walking through nature. Gaining a holistic understanding of and truly appreciating the experiences in life.

Currently, I’m looking for contract work or a full-time position in the United States or Brazil.
